"Product Of The Month"

This is our product of the month and certainly one of my favourite products that we repeatedly use in salon.

"Hot Off The Press" is a thermal protection spray and is part of the Express Style range from Paul Mitchell and is totally designed with the client in mind, It really protects fragile strands from damage caused by heat styling, so, whether you blow dry or use irons or do both it will also boost the hair's strength, fight frizz and provide flexible hold.

Rice hull extract builds a lightweight barrier between hair and heat styling tools, while wheat proteins deliver an extra dose of strength and once you use it there is no doubt you will LOVE it.

It designed to be used on dry hair while you iron each section and is Paraben Free, Vegan Friendly and colour safe.
The retail size is 200ml in spray form and costs £16.95.

This is why you need a Skin Allergy Test............

Hair colour today is one of the most talked about subjects and very much a way of expressing your personality and as research and technology move ever more forward, so do the ingredients in all kinds of hair products manufactured across the world.
We have all, at some point in our lives reacted to something we have used on our skin.
This is why we will only be prepared to do a colour if we have carried out a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to your pre booked appointment.

What do i need to do?

All you need to do is simply come into the salon and when you get to the reception team just mention you have come in for a skin allergy test. One of our team will then take you into the salon and whilst seated will then apply a minuscule amount of hair colour to your skin just behind your ear.
If after a while your skin becomes irritated then we will not be able to carry out the colour service.
If your skin is clear then its colour time and the world is your oyster.

Please note............

All skin allergy tests must be re-done every six months.
